The organisation needed a comprehensive leadership development programme to strengthen leadership capacity across four tiers: self-leadership, team leadership, operational leadership, and results leadership. 

The leadership group had been through significant change and was navigating multiple priorities. What they needed was not a generic training course, but an integrated development journey, one that aligned with business strategy, strengthened accountability, and built a sustainable leadership pipeline.

      What Shifted

      The programme delivered clear outcomes at both the individual and organisational level:

      Leaders reported higher confidence in conversations, team leadership, and strategic alignment

      Across three cohorts over three years, multi-rater feedback showed significant increases in leadership competence

      Cohorts applied innovative, agile approaches to address business challenges 

      Action-learning projects delivered measurable business value, including cost savings and innovative product ideas 

      The programme also embedded sustainability tools, personalised leadership reports, micro-learning modules, and a roadmap for digital delivery, enabling the client to scale development beyond the initial cohorts.
