The impact of the covid pandemic and the widespread economic turmoil it has created has led to considerable change in the graduate job market. Employers are reassessing their recruitment needs as the shift towards hybrid/ remote working increases and shifts in roles and required skills emerge.

As the market evolves and opportunities become more complex, organisations will need to think differently about the way they attract, recruit, and select graduate candidates.

During this webinar we will discuss practical ways to manage large volume graduate campaigns while maintaining a stand-out brand experience, all at minimal cost:

  • How to design and implement graduate attraction strategies with optimum brand impact
  • How to define and leverage a well-articulated graduate employee value proposition
  • Exploring the future skills organisations should be looking for in graduate recruitment campaigns
  • How to leverage technology such as AI, machine learning, and data analytics to enhance graduate attraction and selection
  • Which metrics to track and how to show gradual improvement on these success metrics
  • Exploring the latest innovations in graduate selection tools, including gamification, video interviewing, and digital assessment centres.
