Whether organisations are changing business models, aligning to future strategic plans, or developing completely new capabilities to meet customer demands, it is no surprise that the best companies are constantly evolving and innovating. And with digital technologies drastically altering the working environment, building innovative teams has become increasingly critical for businesses because innovative organisations are created by innovative teams. Research has shown that high-performing teams outperform their peers by up to a factor of 2000 (compared to high-performing individuals who only outperform their peers by a factor of 10). And only 10% of teams are deemed high-performing, while 50% are deemed average and 40% dysfunctional.

During this webinar, our guest speakers will share their insights into how to achieve innovative, high-performance teamwork based on their experience in leading and developing teams with teams around the world.

What will be covered during the webinar?

  • The characteristics, behaviors, and habits of top-performing teams
  • How to deal with team conflict, poor performing teams, low team morale, and team trust issues.
  • Practical ways to shift the workplace culture to empower fast-paced, innovative teams
  • Practical ways to incorporate team diversity for enhanced creativity
  • How to do an effective team audit and build personalised team development strategies
  • How to use technology to support the development of innovative teams

Who should attend?

If you work with others and teamwork is required to do your job successfully, this webinar is for you. If you are leading a team or supporting line managers in their role as team leaders, this webinar will give you lots of practical tips to support you in your role.
